U.S.-China Confrontation. (Video screenshot)
[People News] U.S. President Trump has confirmed that he will postpone the summit with Xi Jinping scheduled for the end of this month. He is urging Beijing to assist in securing the Strait of Hormuz, hoping to know the outcome before the summit. This has created quite a stir, as the Chinese Communist Party has been preparing for this for several months, drafting tens of thousands of words for the event's script and rehearsing with the reception staff multiple times. Now, with Trump possibly not attending, how can they not feel frustrated?
Trump told the Financial Times that 90% of China's oil must pass through the Strait of Hormuz, so Beijing must also participate in the escort of the Strait. Otherwise, he warned, "we may delay."
Trump's strategy is quite harsh, putting the Chinese Communist Party in a difficult position and making it hard for them to back down. Since the U.S.-Israeli coalition has taken military action against Iran, the Chinese Communist Party has been secretly assisting Iran.
On March 15, Radio France Internationale cited a report from the New York Post, which stated that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi admitted in an interview with MS Now on the 14th: "Russia and Beijing are our strategic partners. We have had close cooperation in the past and continue to do so, including military cooperation."
As America's two main adversaries, Beijing and Moscow have been accused of providing intelligence on the location of U.S. military assets during the U.S. military's Operation Epic Fury.
Alagzi stated that he would not disclose the details of the military assistance Iran receives from China and Russia, but described the bilateral relationship as one of 'good cooperation.'
According to reports from overseas media, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been accelerating the delivery of various military equipment to Iran through secret channels, which is not uncommon.
Yuan Hongbing, a legal scholar based in Australia, indicated that the CCP is currently playing a dual role regarding the issue of Iran.
In an interview with 'China Insight,' Yuan Hongbing remarked that Xi Jinping inherently possesses this duality, a fundamental personality trait that has evolved into a national strategy for the CCP in dealing with the United States and President Trump, which is to play both sides, saying good things while committing bad acts.
Yuan Hongbing revealed information from individuals within the CCP system who possess a sense of conscience.
On the issue of Iran, the CCP is actually providing comprehensive support for the stability of the Iranian regime. Currently, Iran's long-range missile strike capability largely depends on the support of the Beidou system provided by the CCP. Moreover, Iran's drones and various types of missiles rely on basic technologies and materials sourced from the CCP.
It has been disclosed that the CCP has indeed established a secret channel for transporting various military equipment to Iran through Pakistan, and this channel is still operating at an accelerated pace.
During a recent meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, a directive from Yizun was made very clear. He emphasised the need to strive to turn the current U.S.-Iran conflict into a repeat of the Afghan war. This means that, similar to the Afghan war, the aim is to draw U.S. military resources towards Iran. This reflects Yizun's fundamental strategic stance on the U.S.-Iran war.
In light of this so-called supreme directive, the Chinese Communist Party's external propaganda is now relentlessly asserting that the U.S.-Iran war will become prolonged, that Iran will maintain its resistance for an extended period, and that it is impossible for the U.S. to quickly end the conflict or restore maritime shipping routes in the Strait of Hormuz, among other claims. The entire array of misleading narratives being pushed by the Chinese Communist Party actually originates from this directive, which seeks to transform Iran into another Afghanistan for the U.S.
At this point, Iranian Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian has effectively validated the revelations from conscientious individuals within the Chinese Communist system, exposing the duplicitous intentions of the Chinese Communist Party. It has become evident that the Chinese Communist Party's earlier hopes for a ceasefire in the Middle East have been undermined, and ultimately, they have been betrayed by their so-called ally, Iran, whether intentionally or unintentionally. It appears that no good friend can be trusted.
Currently, Trump is calling for Chinese warships to retaliate against missiles fired at Iran in the Strait of Hormuz, effectively putting the Chinese Communist Party in the international spotlight. This situation forces the Chinese Communist Party to confront Iran openly: will you fire back? Isn't this putting them in a precarious position?
Over two weeks ago, following the outbreak of war between the US and Israel, Iran effectively blocked the Strait of Hormuz, raising concerns about a potential new wave of oil price shocks that could affect the global economy. The United States' attempts to reopen this vital waterway have largely failed.
On Sunday evening, international oil prices surged to $106 per barrel, marking an increase of approximately 45% since the war began. In response, Trump urged several countries to send naval escorts to the strait.
The following day, Iran issued a warning, advising other nations not to get involved in the conflict between Iran and the US and Israel, clearly indicating that this included US allies and China.
Meanwhile, the Chinese Communist Party, aside from softening its language, appeared flustered and uncertain about how to respond. Lin Jian, during a recent press conference addressing the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, simply stated, "The situation is tense... we call on all parties to immediately cease military actions...".
It appears that as the situation develops, the Chinese Communist Party's goal of turning Iran into a target similar to Afghanistan has been obliterated amidst the ongoing conflict.
