The Final Moments of the Communist Party s Downfall Are Drawing Near.

On July 1, 2026, various protest groups gathered in front of the Chinese consulate in New York to carry a coffin for the Communist Party, chanting 'Down with the Communist Party' and voicing their long-standing grievances and hopes for the Party's swift demise. (Provided by Jie Lijian)

[People News] From September 23 to 25, during Xi Jinping's visit to the United States, protesters followed him wherever he went. Chants of 'Xi Jinping step down' and 'Communist Party step down' resonated loudly. A total of 39 groups gathered from various locations to protest against Xi in Washington, marking an unprecedented event.

The years 2026-2027 are referred to in traditional Chinese culture as the 'Year of the Red Horse and Red Sheep.' There is a historical saying about the 'Red Horse and Red Sheep Calamity.' As we approach 2026, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which has brought catastrophic disasters to China, the Chinese people, the Chinese nation, and even all of humanity, finds itself in the deepest crisis it has ever faced.

On September 30, the CCP held a 'National Day' reception in Beijing. However, the venue was filled with individuals dressed in black, sitting among the guests and vigilantly monitoring their every move. These individuals were clearly security personnel from the Central Guard Bureau. Their watchful presence over Xi's high-ranking officials is one of the most concrete signs of this crisis.

The CCP, an organization established in 1921 under the control of foreign hostile forces—the Soviet Communist Party, which regards Marxism-Leninism as its ideological foundation—used all means to overthrow the legitimate government of China, the Republic of China, in 1949. It has acted against the heavens and violated moral principles, bringing disaster to the country and suffering to the people, losing the support of the populace, repeatedly causing turmoil in China, committing numerous atrocities against humanity, and has reached the end of its historical journey.

In this context, I would like to share my views from both international and domestic perspectives.

1. Two significant bills in the U.S. Senate target the CCP's vulnerabilities.

In June and September of this year, the U.S. Senate passed two significant pieces of legislation: the first, Resolution 444, was approved on June 16 and explicitly condemns the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for 'deceiving the world, undermining prospects for peace and security, and orchestrating crimes against humanity.' The second, known as the Falun Gong and Organ Harvesting Victims Protection Act or Resolution 4009, was passed on September 28 and condemns and imposes sanctions on the CCP for committing 'unprecedented' atrocities on this planet.

These two bills reflect the most recent and profound understanding by bipartisan members of the U.S. Senate regarding the malevolent nature of the CCP.

Resolution 444 unequivocally states that the CCP 'is a criminal organization that poses a serious threat to global stability and peace.' The resolution enumerates a series of criminal acts that have inflicted tremendous suffering on both the American and Chinese peoples by the CCP.

Resolution 4009 directly addresses the CCP's 'mass murder through the large-scale harvesting of organs from Falun Gong practitioners' and extends this grave crime to other social groups, including Uyghurs in Xinjiang, middle school students, and college students.

The recognition of the CCP's true nature by bipartisan members of the U.S. Senate is closely tied to the ongoing efforts of Falun Gong practitioners to share the truth over the past 27 years.

In 2004, 2017, and 2018, The Dajiyuan published three significant works: "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party," "The Ultimate Purpose of Communism," and "The Devil is Governing Our World." These publications for the first time revealed to the world that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is fundamentally an evil entity, characterized by "falsehood, evil, struggle, and opposition to heaven, earth, humanity, and the divine," through various illusions and deceptions created by the CCP.

The global dissemination of works like "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" has been crucial in helping individuals from various countries and sectors recognize the true nature of the CCP.

Reflecting on history, the CCP has been responsible for mass killings for a century.

In the 1930s, CCP General Xiao Ke recalled in his memoirs that under the guise of combating the AB Group, the CCP killed 100,000 people in the "Central Soviet Area" (which includes regions like Jiangxi and Fujian).

In the 1940s, mainland writer Du Bin documented in his book "The Famine in Changchun" that during the siege of Changchun, approximately 370,000 to 460,000 Chinese people were starved to death.

In the late 1950s and early 1960s, former Xinhua News Agency senior reporter Yang Jisheng detailed in his book "Tombstone: A History of the Great Chinese Famine of the 1960s" that 36 million people died of starvation across the country.

How many people actually died during the Cultural Revolution from 1966 to 1976? An Italian journalist once asked Deng Xiaoping directly. Deng responded, "The true number of deaths during the Cultural Revolution is astronomical, an unquantifiable figure that can never be estimated."

In 1989, Deng Xiaoping was responsible for the Tiananmen Square Massacre, with intelligence from the United States and the United Kingdom indicating that over 10,000 people were killed.

On July 20, 1999, following Jiang Zemin's initiation of the persecution against Falun Gong, he shockingly resorted to 'large-scale live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners' as a method of killing.

To this day, the exact number of Falun Gong practitioners who have been killed remains unknown. Due to the opaque operations of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), it is extremely difficult for the outside world to ascertain the true figures.

On June 22, 2016, Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas, former Canadian Secretary of State for Asia-Pacific David Kilgour, and senior American investigative journalist Ethan Gutmann jointly published 'Bloody Harvest / The Slaughter: An Update.' The authors estimate that the number of organ transplant surgeries in China ranges from approximately 60,000 to 100,000 annually, potentially reaching as high as 1.5 million cases since 2000, with the primary source of these organs likely being Falun Gong practitioners.

In a century of the CCP, the scale of killings has surpassed that of the Japanese invaders in China, exceeded that of Hitler, outstripped Stalin, and surpassed all tyrants in history.

Debts must be repaid; the CCP has accumulated a significant blood debt, and how can it not repay it?

The U.S. Senate has introduced two major bills targeting the CCP: one addressing the CCP's latest atrocities, and the other designating the CCP as a 'criminal organization,' hitting at the CCP's 'vulnerable spot.'

2. The U.S. government is actively encircling communism.

This year marks the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. On the eve of Independence Day, the night of July 3, U.S. President Trump emphasized during a speech in front of 'Mount Rushmore':

Communism poses a threat to free people everywhere. It stands against the Constitution and, most importantly, it opposes July 4, 1776, which is celebrated as American Independence Day.

Since its founding, communism has been the greatest threat to the United States, surpassing the dangers of World War I, World War II, the Pearl Harbor attack, and even the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

"It is like cancer; it must be excised quickly."

As we approach 2026, the U.S. government is launching an unprecedented offensive against communism.

— On January 3, U.S. special forces captured Nicolás Maduro, the "old friend" of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), in a dramatic operation reminiscent of an eagle snatching a chick. This action has removed a key figure that the CCP had used to spread the "red menace" into Latin America.

— On February 28, a U.S.-Israeli coalition dropped 30 heavy bombs, targeting and eliminating the CCP's "old friend"—Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The Iranian regime, which has been a major source of instability in the Middle East and has received continuous support from the CCP, is now on the verge of collapse.

— Following Maduro's ousting, the U.S. is exerting "maximum pressure" on Cuba's leader Miguel Díaz-Canel, as the last remaining communist regime in the Western Hemisphere faces imminent collapse.

— The U.S. is actively countering the CCP's influence in the Americas through an enhanced version of the "Monroe Doctrine" (America for Americans), now referred to as the "Trump Doctrine" (U.S. dominance in the Americas).

— The U.S. is also strengthening alliances with Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, and Australia, positioning Japan as a strategic ally against the CCP in the Indo-Pacific region.

——The United States is collaborating with G7 members, NATO allies, and European Union countries to establish a 'non-red supply chain' that excludes the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in critical areas of national and economic security, effectively decoupling from the CCP.

——During Xi Jinping's visit to the United States, President Trump invited over 30 leading American business figures to a dinner welcoming the Xi couple, but notably did not extend an invitation to any CCP business leaders.

Why was that?

On September 28, Trump remarked in an exclusive interview with Time magazine at the White House: 'At that time, Xi Jinping provided me with a list of many names. I told him, 'If I go by your list, I won't be able to invite anyone.'

Reports from foreign media indicate that before the Xi-Trump meeting, the CCP had intended to send a delegation of executives from major companies, with some individuals even arriving in Washington ahead of time to observe the situation. Ultimately, all these executives were denied entry. One possible reason is that the U.S. Department of Defense has sanctioned over 180 CCP entities, including Huawei, BYD, and CATL.

Huawei, the most prominent telecommunications company associated with the CCP, is currently facing 12 charges in a U.S. federal court, including conspiracy to commit extortion, conspiracy to steal trade secrets, and conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government. Prosecutors have described Huawei as a 'criminal enterprise.' If the jury finds Huawei guilty, the company could face four significant repercussions: substantial fines, commercial and financial sanctions, large civil penalties, and the potential arrest of Huawei executives when they travel abroad.

In the past, the 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan, significantly accelerated the internal crises leading to the disintegration of the Soviet Union through economic warfare, psychological tactics, and an arms race, becoming a key external force in this process.

Today, the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, is targeting the Communist Party of China (CPC) through various means, including trade and tariff wars, technology and chip conflicts, financial and investment battles, restructuring of industrial and supply chains, geopolitical and diplomatic confrontations, and space warfare.

3. Corruption within the CPC military has reached alarming levels.

The highest military command established by Xi Jinping at the 20th National Congress of the CPC—the Central Military Commission—comprises seven members. Currently, five of these members—Zhang Youxia, He Weidong, Li Shangfu, Miao Hua, and Liu Zhenli—have been purged as "serious corrupt elements."

Li Shangfu, a former member of the Central Military Commission, State Councilor, and Minister of National Defense, has been sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve; this sentence was later commuted to life imprisonment without the possibility of reduction or parole.

The Rocket Force, a new strategic military branch personally established by Xi after military reforms to prepare for the unification of Taiwan, deter the United States, and assert global dominance, has seen all four of its commanders—Wei Fenghe, Zhou Yaning, Li Yuchao, and Wang Houbin—purged as "serious corrupt elements."

Among the generals from the 15 departments of the Central Military Commission who were in office during the 20th National Congress, all but one have either been investigated or have gone missing.

Similarly, all commanders and political commissars of the four major military branches—Army, Navy, Air Force, and Rocket Force—who were in office during the 20th National Congress have faced issues, either being investigated or going missing.

At the time of the 20th National Congress, all commanders and political commissars of the five major battle zones—East, West, South, North, and Central—were in office, and now, without exception, they have all faced issues, either being investigated or going missing.

The commanders and political commissars of the armed police forces who were in office during the 20th National Congress have all been investigated by now.

Among the more than 40 generals who were in office at the time of the 20th National Congress, only Zhang Shengmin and Dong Jun remain; all others have faced issues, either being investigated or going missing.

Currently, there are only six active-duty generals in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) military: in addition to Zhang Shengmin and Dong Jun, there are Yang Zhibin and Han Shengyan, who were promoted last December, and Wang Gang and Zhang Shuguang, who were promoted this July. Among them, Zhang Shengmin and Zhang Shuguang are both political work cadres. Out of the over two million personnel in the CCP military, only four generals are well-versed in military expertise.

At present, the highest command of the CCP military—the Central Military Commission—has seven positions but is missing five. Most of the commanders and political commissars of the four major military branches and five major battle zones are not fully staffed. Only the Eastern Theater Command, Central Theater Command, and Air Force have commanders, but none of these three has political commissars; the others lack both commanders and political commissars.

There is an old saying in China: if the upper beam is not straight, the lower beam will be crooked.

The two vice-chairmen and three members of the Central Military Commission are all serious corrupt elements; thus, how many serious corrupt elements are there among the generals, lieutenant generals, and major generals under their command?

All four commanders of the Rocket Force are serious corrupt elements; therefore, how many serious corrupt elements are there in the layers below them?

In the ten years of Xi Jinping's first and second terms, a total of 7 generals were investigated. However, in just over three years of his third term, the number of investigated generals has shockingly risen to 32, with 26 generals reported missing. Among these 58 generals who have faced issues, how many lieutenant generals, major generals, colonels, lieutenant colonels, majors, captains, lieutenants, and second lieutenants remain uncorrupted?

As early as when Jiang Zemin served as the Chairman of the Central Military Commission, or the 'Supreme Emperor', corruption within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) military had reached alarming levels. After Xi has held the position of Chairman of the Central Military Commission for 14 years, the term 'alarming' is no longer adequate to describe the extent of corruption within the CCP military.

Conclusion

Inevitably, things will turn against themselves.

The two significant bills in the U.S. Senate and the U.S. government's strong actions against the CCP reflect the external crisis the CCP is facing; the rampant corruption within the CCP military signifies the self-destruction of the CCP's dictatorship, autocracy, and totalitarian regime, which has reached its conclusion.

These two forces combined are propelling the CCP rapidly toward the abyss of 'the demise of the Chinese Communist Party'.

The will of heaven, history, the people, and the law are converging for the CCP's ultimate elimination, major reckoning, and grand trial.
