[People News] Zhao Leji, the third-ranking leader of the Chinese Communist Party, a member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo, and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, visited Australia from November 22 to 25. His visit, occurring amid escalating tensions in Sino-Japanese relations, is perceived as an attempt to strengthen the relationship between China and Australia. However, reports suggest that Zhao Leji's primary purpose for travelling to Australia was to bring back the wealthy woman Yang Lanlan, who was involved in a drunk driving incident there. Allegedly, Zhao Leji orchestrated a swap, leaving a decoy Yang Lanlan in Australia.

According to a report from Australia's Channel 7 News website, the Australian Parliament's Department of Parliamentary Services sent an email to officials, members of parliament, and staff the day before Zhao Leji's visit. The email outlined that during his stay, all officials, members of parliament, and staff were required to implement strict security measures to guard against potential cyber attacks. This action is regarded as an unprecedented high-level security protocol.

The email detailed the route the Chinese delegation would take within Parliament House, advising members of parliament to be particularly cautious if they were in close proximity, as related connections could be compromised. It also warned that Wi-Fi in the relevant areas might experience intermittent outages.

Additionally, the email recommended that in the 'nearby suites and offices' of Zhao Leji's delegation, doors and curtains should be kept closed during the visit to ensure privacy.

As reported by the party media Xinhua News, during a working breakfast meeting with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Zhao Leji addressed issues related to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the South China Sea, asserting that 'these matters pertain to China's territorial sovereignty and core interests, and we hope the Australian side understands and respects China's position.'

It should be noted that, based on reports from the Chinese Communist Party's media, the information presented does not appear to involve any of the CCP's top secrets. However, the high-level security measures implemented during Zhao Leji's visit to the Capitol raise questions.

On November 28, the self-media figure 'Neican' disclosed in a program that Zhao Leji's trip to Australia was related to Yang Lanlan, suggesting that she indeed has considerable connections.

Previously, some had suggested that Yang Lanlan was a key figure in the Yan'an Fire Seed Project. Recently, further revelations indicated that her passport and identity card show she hails from Inner Mongolia, leading to speculation that she is the daughter of a coal magnate, although this claim is viewed as an attempt to downplay her background.

'Neican,' which claims to represent retired senior CCP officials, has reported that Yang Lanlan is part of the fourth generation of red descendants, and her family is linked through marriage to two prominent political families that still wield significant influence within the party today.

Based on the leads provided by 'Neican,' netizens have identified Yang Lanlan as the great-granddaughter of Yang Chengwu, an important general from the early days of the CCP, and General Qin Jiwei, a former vice-national leader, is her great-grandfather. For many years, these two politically connected families have been controlling the mining sector in Australia.

According to 'Neican,' Zhao Leji's visit has two main objectives. The first is to ensure that the Yang Lanlan incident does not disrupt high-level cooperation between the two countries. The second is to facilitate Yang Lanlan's return to China.

Reports indicate that Zhao Leji was invited to Australia by the President of the Australian Federal Parliament, Ryan, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dick. The legislative process in the Australian Parliament involves the collaborative participation of both the House of Representatives and the Senate. The legislative body of the National People's Congress serves as China's highest state power organ, responsible for exercising legislative authority.

According to the 'Internal Reference', Yang Lanlan is implicated in criminal activities in Australia, leading the leaders of the legislative bodies of both nations to engage in secret negotiations. It further claims that Australian officials, in an effort to secure votes and avoid disrupting iron ore exports, had to concede due to the economic impact of red wine imports.

In reality, following the incident involving Yang Lanlan, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has repeatedly suspended iron ore imports.

The latest suspension occurred when an Australian court ordered Yang Lanlan to attend a third hearing to expedite the case's proceedings. However, reports indicate that the CCP government urgently began negotiations with the Australian government through covert channels. When the Australian authorities rejected the CCP's demands, Beijing promptly announced that it would stop purchasing Australian iron ore starting October 1, using economic coercion to pressure the Australian government.

In the end, Yang Lanlan did not attend any of the four hearings, and during the fourth hearing, there was a dramatic turn of events as she proclaimed her innocence in court.

The 'Internal Reference' also disclosed that Beijing indicated the family of the accident victim would cover all compensation costs. However, they insisted on bringing Yang Lanlan back to China. If they believed that the absence of the accused would be hard to justify, they would leave a fake Yang Lanlan behind as a bargaining chip.

But how would they bring Yang Lanlan back? The 'Internal Reference' suggests that she could return home openly with Zhao Leji's accompanying delegation.

We cannot confirm the above allegations. However, many netizens are convinced that Yang Lanlan has already fled. She was scheduled to appear in court on November 14 to defend herself, but she mysteriously vanished the night before the hearing. Her luxury mansion with ocean views in Sydney has been cleared out, and another expensive Rolls-Royce registered in her name has also disappeared, raising strong suspicions that she has escaped. It is possible that at that time, Yang Lanlan was already making preparations for Zhao Leji to bring her back to China. Netizens believe that under the Chinese Communist Party's system, no matter how absurd, terrifying, or unimaginable the crime may be, anything can happen. △
