[People News] On November 1, 2025, a statement from Jiguangguang circulated on Facebook. The statement revealed that Yu Menglong died in Jiguangguang's home, expressing apologies and sorrow, and emphasised that the incident was an accident rather than a premeditated murder. It also included apologies to those implicated, such as Song Yiren and Cheng Qingsong. This statement appeared to suggest that Jiguangguang is the primary supporter of this group.
1. The Police at the Crime Scene
It has been over 50 days since the Yu Menglong case occurred. The first to break the news was self-media personality Ma Xian, who reported that Yu Menglong had died as a sacrifice. The first person to inform him about Yu Menglong's incident was a neighbour from the Sunshine Shangdong community. This neighbour was familiar with Yu Menglong and often saw him accompanied by others entering and exiting the community. Initially, this neighbour intended to rent a storefront in the community to open a café and asked Ma Xian to assess the feng shui. Upon inspection, Ma Xian found the area to be too heavy with negative energy, which dissuaded the neighbour from renting the space. After the incident, the neighbour told Ma Xian that the night before Yu Menglong was harmed, around 8-9 PM, Jiguangguang and others were making a lot of noise in the house, and there were police cars and ambulances downstairs. Following the incident, all the neighbours near Jiguangguang moved away, and the Sunshine Shangdong community has now become a notorious haunted house in Beijing.
People are puzzled as to why no righteous neighbours stepped forward to rescue Yu Menglong. In response, three women and one man who died on the spot that day provided an answer. It was not that no one attempted to save Yu Menglong or speak out for him; rather, these individuals were killed on the spot. Ma Xian revealed that the police at the scene explained who the armed assailant was at the time of the incident.
2. The Sinners Who Disappeared from the Internet
Lin Beichuan, a Weibo user who claims to be a descendant of the military, revealed that when he attempted to post evidence of a key figure, he was unable to upload images online, and anyone who shared them would be summoned for 'tea'—a euphemism for being interrogated. A Weibo post dated October 25 noted that he had nearly reported this individual in person with real-name verification, but was detained in Beijing for half a month. Even as a military descendant, he faced risks, which sparked curiosity among netizens regarding the identity of this key figure.
Self-media commentator Li Dayu analyzed in a program that a netizen had informed him that there are six individuals who cannot release any information online: Beijing Mayor Yin Yong, Henan Governor Wang Kai, Organization Department Head Shi Taifeng, Propaganda Department Head Li Shulei, Shanghai Municipal Party Secretary Chen Jining, and Secretary of the Central Secretariat/Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection/Director of the Supervisory Commission Liu Jinguo. The authority to detain someone in Beijing must belong to Beijing officials, and those with the privilege to detain include Yin Yong and Liu Jinguo.
Li Dayu further elaborated that Liu Jinguo, who has a background in law enforcement, is currently an aide to Li Xi, a member of Xi Jinping's faction. He also serves as the head of the National Supervisory Commission of the Communist Party of China, which is responsible for reviewing officials. This department operates with a high degree of independence and is not subject to interference from administrative agencies, social organisations, or others. However, the self-media analysis by Baobao Dynasty suggests that the individual in question is likely Yin Yong. It seems that in response to the pressure from discussions in overseas media, information about these six individuals has now re-emerged online.
3. The Chaoyang District Government of Beijing is the hidden force behind the suppression of the case.
Lin Beichuan's disclosures have provided the public with a lead, indicating that the mastermind behind the suppression of this unclear case is in Beijing and possesses the authority to detain individuals. Lin Beichuan was even able to meet this person face to face, suggesting that this individual's rank is not particularly high.
During the program, the Da Bao Dynasty received a tip-off from netizens: 'Many individuals who sought to file a case for Yu Menglong at the Six Doors of the Capital have been dismissed, and the authority to address this matter still lies with the district government. The higher-ups are aware of the situation but prefer to handle it discreetly, making the upper-level approach ineffective. However, we cannot give up, as there are still people trying to apply pressure, yet the top remains silent because this involves various aspects of the Tianlong community. If this were to be exposed, it would essentially reveal to the world that this government is deeply corrupt. Therefore, boycotting the entertainment industry, its related projects, and entertainment stocks remains effective, as it can compel the higher-ups to deliver results.'
The Yu Menglong case took place in Beijing's Chaoyang District, with the suspect being Bi Bo, the Deputy District Chief and Director of the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau, who has been reported as homosexual. Several indecent photos of Bi Bo with other male police officers have surfaced on Facebook.
The Da Bao Dynasty concluded that Nie Jieying, the current District Chief of Chaoyang, is also involved, and Bi Bo is merely acting as Nie Jieying's enforcer.
Public records indicate that Nie Jieying, a female of Han ethnicity, was born in July 1972 and officially assumed the role of District Chief of Chaoyang District, Beijing, on July 30, 2025, the same day as Bi Bo.
From May 2017 to June 2018, Nie Jieying served as the Party Secretary and Director of the Finance Bureau of Xicheng District, Beijing.
From June 2018 to January 2020, she held the position of Party Secretary and Director of the Finance Bureau of Xicheng District, Beijing, while concurrently serving as the Deputy Director of the Beijing Financial Street Service Bureau.
From January 2020 to December 2021, he served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy District Mayor of the People's Government of Xicheng District, Beijing. During this period, the Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Committee was Cai Qi, and the Mayor was Chen Jining. Cai Qi, a close ally of Xi Jinping, was responsible for promoting financial and economic officials into the core departments of the government.
In February 2022, Nie Jieying was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Xicheng District Committee of Beijing, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the District Government, and Deputy District Mayor, as well as the Party Secretary and Director of the Beijing Financial Street Service Bureau (District Financial Office). Daba pointed out that Nie Jieying and Bi Bo were the hidden hands behind the suppression of the ambiguous case.
4. The mantis stalks the cicada, unaware of the oriole behind
While serving as the Director of the Beijing Xicheng District Financial Street Service Bureau, Nie Jieying became acquainted with the investment moguls behind major entertainment companies, including Huo Xuewen, the President of Beijing Bank. Photos of the two attending events together have circulated online. According to publicly available information, Beijing Bank has invested in Ciwen Media, Light Media, and Huace Film and Television through financial means such as equity holdings and loans. Notably, Ciwen Media and Huace Film and Television are the production companies behind the television adaptation of the drama 'Eternal Love,' while the film version of 'Eternal Love' was financed by Light Media and Ru Yi Film and Television.
Ke Liming, the behind-the-scenes boss of Ruyi Film and Television, is the son of Ke Lingling and is rumoured to be the eldest son of Xi Jinping. In 2021, Southern Finance and Economics published an article titled 'Spending 4.433 billion Hong Kong dollars to increase holdings in Heng Teng Network to 'blood transfuse' Evergrande, what does Ke Liming rely on?' This article detailed how Ke Liming acquired Heng Teng Network, which was co-founded by Evergrande and Tencent, following Evergrande's bankruptcy. In September 2025, Sina Finance published an article titled 'After Ruyi's acquisition of Wanda Film, the new story has just begun,' documenting Ke Liming's acquisition of Wanda Film, in which he also holds shares in TikTok. Public records indicate that Beijing Bank has invested in Ruyi through shareholding, loans, and other means, while also assisting Ruyi Film and Television in completing the Wanda acquisition.
Ruyi Film and Television does not have a business relationship with Mango Excellent Media or Tianyu Media, but there is a competitive relationship between them.
On September 10, following the outbreak of the Yu Menglong case, there were continuous leaks, but none were substantiated. Many individuals attempted to push the narrative forward, yet the behind-the-scenes figures remained elusive, with even Lin Beichuan, who claims to be a descendant of military lineage, maintaining an unusual level of mystery.
On October 10, Mango Excellent Media's stock experienced a significant drop, leading Vice General Manager Luo Zejun to resign due to 'work adjustment arrangements,' stepping down from all positions. Earlier, on August 13, Shen Yadong, General Manager of Tianyu Media and Vice General Manager of Mango Excellent Media, had also resigned 'for personal reasons.' Additionally, a self-media figure from Beijing spoke out in support of Yu Menglong, making the entire incident appear to signal that Ruyi Film and Television is preparing to acquire Mango.
Jiguang Guang, one of the suspects in the Yu Menglong case, is rumoured to be the son of Ye Xiaoyan and Li Xiaopeng. As a member of the Zhao family, the third generation of Ye Ting and Li Peng, he may be facing the Xi family.
