The social media influencer known as "Toronto Square Face" shared the list on the X platform, igniting lively discussions and mockery among Twitter users.

"Toronto Square Face" remarked, "In the entire military parade, it’s difficult to find a few normal national leaders."

Amazon Porter: Personally, I believe we should invite these leaders: Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, the Soviet Union, and the United States.

The clouds will eventually clear: Kim Jong-un dares to attend; he is not afraid of a coup by domestic military leaders seizing the opportunity.

The quest for freedom: There are hardly any normal countries; they are mostly ignorant and backwards places.

Tiger Brother Big Muscle: Chinese people never seek refuge in these countries~~~ The children of Chinese officials also never study in these countries~~~ Chinese tourists never go to these countries to show off~~~

Sean: It’s quite humorous to see a group of fascist dictators attending an anti-fascist military parade.

Tanggula Mountain Bandit: It’s all quite normal; they are just here to collect money. Who wouldn’t want to get paid?

Rising Sun: These countries must pay an appearance fee to attend; they enjoy free food and drink, and then leave with money.

I don’t know: Most of these countries were formerly communist.

Richie Winston: These historical facts may deceive the Chinese public, but they cannot fool leaders from around the world. Thus, leaders from major countries will not participate in this farce. Only those leaders who have been bribed and benefit from China will come to flatter.

Geng'er Europe Office: With so many of them... could they all be taken out at once? That’s too risky.

Read Dead: That's great, just drop a bomb, and half the world will be at peace.

ISAAC: Baozi is a lowlife, and his allies are merely a collection of rogue states.

Micale Che: Is this a military parade or a gathering of beggars?

Young Whale: A gathering of beggars.

X filer: Everyone should take a look at which countries to avoid if they want to escape.

Among the list of national leaders released, many have notorious backgrounds.

Russian President Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un are both wanted and face international sanctions due to the Russo-Ukrainian war and their nuclear programs, respectively.

Belarusian President Lukashenko, often referred to as the 'last dictator of Europe,' along with his government, has been subjected to a series of sanctions from the United States and the European Union for human rights abuses, electoral fraud, and aiding Russia in its invasion of Ukraine. They have also been blacklisted by New Zealand and Japan.

Myanmar's acting president, Min Aung Hlaing, initiated a military coup in 2017, toppling the National League for Democracy government led by former State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi. He has since faced travel and financial bans, as well as asset freezes imposed by the EU and the US.
