[People News] Xi Jinping, the leader of the Communist Party of China, recently travelled to Kazakhstan for the Central Asia Summit, which has drawn significant attention and speculation regarding whether he would attend in person. Some analysts suggest that the individual present at the summit may be a 'stand-in' for Xi Jinping.
Comments circulating online and reports from certain self-media indicate that footage of Xi's meeting with Kazakh President Tokayev shows a slight difference in his height and facial features compared to previous visits. Additionally, his expression appears vacant, lacking the strong presence he typically commands.
The political commentary program 'Jiang Feng Moment' even suggested that there is a shocking secret behind Xi Jinping's attendance at the Central Asia Summit. The commentary noted:
What is truly unsettling, however, is Tokayev's statement: 'No matter when you come, we welcome you.'
While it sounds courteous, it actually represents a form of soft expulsion in diplomatic language. The underlying message is: whether you are the General Secretary or not, we no longer care; whether you are a stand-in or in exile, we welcome you. If you are stepping down, we are ready to facilitate the transition.
However, the Xinhua News Agency has already removed this statement entirely from its report. The reason is straightforward: it exposes one of the most sensitive signals globally: Central Asian allies are preparing for the post-Xi era.
This so-called Central Asia Summit, while ostensibly focused on signing agreements and discussing cooperation, is fundamentally about Xi Jinping establishing a survival strategy following the failure of his regime.
What agreements were signed?
1. Control rights over rare earths, oil and gas, and strategic minerals;
2. Communication security corridors and wartime transport routes.
3. Ground Information Umbrella: Enhancing Military-Political Joint Mechanisms.
Which team is being dispatched?
It is not the diplomatic team, but the retreat command team, consisting of the energy group, transportation group, military supplies group, and security group, entering through four different routes.
Why was Kazakhstan chosen? This is not a random selection, but the outcome of a geopolitical algorithm:
1. To the east, Kazakhstan connects with Xinjiang, with pipelines, railways, and highways all in a direct line;
2. To the west, it borders the Caspian Sea, providing easy access to the Caucasus, Iran, and the Arab world;
3. Kazakhstan features a closed terrain, moderate religious views, abundant resources, and controllable politics.
The Chinese Communist Party is aware: the South China Sea is under U.S. surveillance, the East China Sea is monitored by Japan, and the Malacca Strait is patrolled by multiple navies; taking the maritime route is essentially a death sentence, and the only escape route is this underground exit.
Do not mistake this for the construction of the 'Belt and Road'; it is about backing up the regime and securing an escape route.
Why now? Because Beijing is on the brink of collapse. A war in the Taiwan Strait cannot be fought; once it begins, it will lead to a civil war collapse. However, a coup, military mutiny, or a power grab by the red second generation is highly probable.
The current system in Beijing shows that the Xi faction is generally powerless and lacks the courage to act; officials are frequently facing crises, and there is frequent interaction among the military, the Tuan faction, the red second generation, and covert networks. If this situation continues, there will be no opportunity to escape, so preparations for a retreat must be made.
This Central Asia summit is not a diplomatic victory, but rather the closing act of a strongman myth, a rehearsal for a totalitarian regime's exit strategy, and a final desperate attempt to use pipelines for escape and channels for survival.
Today, you see that person's smile; tomorrow, you may witness the silhouette of a nation transitioning at the highland border.△
