[People News] Wang Xiaohong is known to be one of the most trusted confidants of Xi Jinping, the leader of the Chinese Communist Party. If Wang Xiaohong were in good health, what might happen? He could potentially be promoted to a member of the Politburo and Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission at the 21st National Congress of the Communist Party, scheduled for the second half of next year, thus becoming the 'King of Political and Legal Affairs' after Zhou Yongkang. There is even a possibility that he could be elevated to the national-level leadership, joining the Standing Committee of the Politburo responsible for political and legal matters.

However, this scenario is now unlikely, as Wang Xiaohong is reportedly suffering from an incurable illness.

1. Is Wang Xiaohong suffering from cancer?

On October 26, the Dajiyuan published an exclusive report titled 'Wang Xiaohong Diagnosed with Cancer, Will Step Down as Minister of Public Security.' Sources within the Chinese Communist Party disclosed to the Dajiyuan that Wang Xiaohong has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, with the tumour located in the upper respiratory tract or throat, and this condition has been developing for the past year. The children of high-ranking officials within the Communist Party are reportedly aware of this situation. Due to the serious threat to his life, Wang Xiaohong is expected to resign from his position as Minister of Public Security.

The source further indicated, 'If Wang Xiaohong's health were fine, he would be busy with his work every day. He is a loyal ally of Xi Jinping, and at his age, he would certainly want to serve another term, but he cannot. This has already been confirmed, and they are currently in the process of selecting his successor.'

'His condition is truly unbearable. If he could hold on a bit longer, he wouldn't step down. There are numerous electric fraud cases that are nearing completion, and many individuals in northern Myanmar are still involved in providing blood transfusions, with hundreds of billions of dollars at stake each year. Can someone like him simply walk away from this? It's truly impossible now.'

The Washington Post's investigative report from June 2024 highlights that the criminal networks run by the Bai, Wei, and Liu families in northern Myanmar have long maintained close relationships with officials from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This report investigates the collaboration and economic interactions between these families and CCP officials, drawing on information from United Nations officials, court records, official website data, photographs, and interviews with several informants. Notably, some family leaders continued to stay in contact with CCP officials even as related criminal cases persisted.

In 2023, the CCP's Ministry of Public Security initiated a so-called special operation aimed at combating telecommunications fraud linked to China in northern Myanmar. Wang Xiaohong directly took part in high-level coordination efforts to tackle telecom fraud between China and Myanmar.

The informants' comment that "there are still so many people in northern Myanmar providing blood transfusions" likely refers to the bosses of the telecom fraud industry in the region who have been continuously funnelling benefits to high-ranking CCP officials, including Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong.

Rumours about Wang Xiaohong suffering from throat cancer have circulated abroad for some time. Commentary writers Cai Shenkun, based in the United States, and Jiang Wangzheng, based in Australia, have both disclosed information regarding Wang Xiaohong's health problems.

For instance, on April 15, Jiang Wangzheng posted on the overseas social media platform X, stating, "Wang Xiaohong has throat cancer; he just doesn't want to relinquish power (money). Wang Xiaohong is the most knowledgeable about digital currency among all CCP officials; he has to manage a significant amount of Bitcoin and USDT, from which he can extract profits of 12% to 15%. This is the true reason why Wang Xiaohong is reluctant to give up power."

Secondly, why did Wang Xiaohong develop cancer?

Wang Xiaohong was diagnosed with a terminal illness during his time as Minister of Public Security. I believe the primary reason is that he refuses to heed good advice and continues to persecute Falun Gong, which serves as his retribution.

On June 24, 2022, Wang Xiaohong was officially appointed as the Minister of Public Security.

On June 29 of the same year, I published an article in the Dajiyuan titled "The Lessons from the Past for the Newly Appointed Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong," where I urged him to act benevolently.

In the article, I stated: "Most officials aspire to be promoted. While promotion is generally a positive development, if one rises through the ranks without doing good deeds, and instead causes harm to the nation and its people, it will inevitably lead to disaster for oneself, one's spouse, children, and future generations." I hope Wang Xiaohong can learn from the experiences of former Minister of Public Security Zhou Yongkang, former Deputy Minister of Public Security Sun Lijun, and former Executive Deputy Minister of Public Security Fu Zhenghua, who faced severe consequences for their persecution of Falun Gong.

Zhou Yongkang has been sentenced to life imprisonment, resulting in his family being torn apart. Sun Lijun and Fu Zhenghua received death sentences with a two-year reprieve; after the reprieve was converted to life imprisonment, they are ineligible for sentence reduction or parole.

In October 2022, Wang Xiaohong was promoted to Secretary of the Central Secretariat during the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, becoming a high-ranking official at the vice-state level and one of the leaders of the Communist Party and the country.

On November 8 of the same year, I published another article in the Dajiyuan titled "Will Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong Repeat the Mistakes of History?" once again urging him to act benevolently.

In this article, I addressed the issue of former Minister of Public Security Xie Fuzhi being expelled from the Party many years after his death, which can be likened to "kicking a corpse." I also discussed the case of former Minister of Public Security Zhou Yongkang, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for corruption but was actually punished for his persecution of Falun Gong. Additionally, I mentioned the downfall of the "Sun Lijun political clique," which was ostensibly due to corruption but was truly a consequence of their persecution of Falun Gong. I sincerely hope that Wang Xiaohong can learn from history and avoid following the disastrous path taken by Zhou Yongkang and others.

I believe that many Falun Gong practitioners, both domestically and internationally, have conveyed the truth about Falun Gong to Wang Xiaohong in various ways and have advised him to act benevolently.

However, Wang Xiaohong is blinded by power and refuses to acknowledge the truth about Falun Gong or heed the compassionate advice of its practitioners. Not only does he persist in persecuting Falun Gong, but he has also escalated the severity of this persecution, stubbornly following the dead-end path established by Zhou Yongkang and others.

Since assuming the role of Executive Vice Minister of the Ministry of Public Security, and particularly since becoming the Minister of Public Security, Wang Xiaohong has taken personal charge of orchestrating the national public security system's campaign against Falun Gong.

According to incomplete statistics from Minghui.org, from January 2019 to September 2026, a total of 1,069 Falun Gong practitioners have died as a result of persecution across the country. The breakdown is as follows: 96 in 2019; 84 in 2020; 131 in 2021; 172 in 2022; 209 in 2023; 164 in 2024; 124 in 2025; and 89 from January to September 2026.

Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) dictator Jiang Zemin initiated the persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, a 'blood debt gang' has emerged within the CCP, spearheaded by Jiang Zemin and his 'military advisor' Zeng Qinghong, operating from the central government down to local levels.

Currently, Wang Xiaohong has become a significant member of this 'blood debt gang' led by Jiang and Zeng, with his hands stained by the blood of Falun Gong practitioners.

In recent years, the CCP has also ramped up its transnational suppression of Falun Gong abroad. Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong is one of the key figures responsible for this international crackdown.

In January 2022, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) initiated a project to establish overseas police service stations worldwide, with a launch ceremony held at the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau. Pro-CCP overseas Chinese leader Lu Jianwang attended this ceremony. Lu Jianwang returned to the United States on February 13, and just two days later, on February 15, a meeting was convened in New York to establish the 'Fuzhou Police Overseas Service Station (New York, USA)'.

The Fuzhou Public Security Bureau is where Wang Xiaohong began his career. The initiative to create overseas police stations globally by the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau is not a minor decision that a local police department can make; it raises significant political, diplomatic, and legal concerns regarding the CCP's public security system's transnational repression. It is hard to imagine that this could occur without the direct involvement of Wang Xiaohong, who was then the Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Security.

In April 2023, the U.S. Department of Justice charged 44 CCP agents, alleging that they had set up a secret police station in Manhattan's Chinatown and were involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and other dissidents.

FBI agents legally arrested Lu Jianwang, the chairman of the New York Fujian Association, and Chen Jinping, the secretary-general of the New York Changle Association, and issued arrest warrants for 34 officials from the CCP's Ministry of Public Security, who are members of the '912 Special Project Working Group'.

According to confidential intelligence obtained by the "International Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong," starting in 2024, the Ministry of Public Security of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), under the leadership of Minister Wang Xiaohong, is set to initiate a new offensive against overseas Falun Gong practitioners. The Fourth Bureau of the Ministry has long been active in operating overseas spy networks and executing transnational missions targeting Falun Gong. Meanwhile, the Eleventh Bureau is responsible for cyber investigations and works in coordination with the Fourth Bureau to influence global public opinion against Falun Gong.

To date, addressing the CCP's transnational repression has become a major focus for the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is a high-level Buddhist practice.

The CCP has persecuted Falun Gong for 27 years, and not only has it failed to eliminate the practice, but it has also spread to over 170 countries and regions around the world.

As the Minister of Public Security, Wang Xiaohong has disregarded the true principles of punishing evil and promoting good, ignored calls for kindness, and has stubbornly continued to persecute the Falun Gong community, which adheres to the principles of "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance." He has accumulated a heavy debt of blood; can his health remain intact? Can he avoid terminal cancer?

Conclusion

On November 4, 2025, I published an article titled "Blood Debt Gang Member Wang Xiaohong Will Reap the Bitter Fruits" in the Dajiyuan. In the conclusion of the article, I stated: "It is foreseeable that Wang Xiaohong's ultimate fate, if not ending up in Qincheng Prison alongside Zhou Yongkang, Sun Lijun, Fu Zhenghua, and others, will be to face punishment from natural disasters and diseases."

Now, Wang Xiaohong is afflicted with terminal cancer, which can be seen as heaven's advance sentence of death for him, albeit with a stay of execution.
