[People News] The 31st International Transplantation Society Conference, currently taking place in Sydney, Australia, has once again highlighted global organ transplantation medicine and ethics. In this context, the sourcing of organs for transplantation in China, along with the associated medical ethics and human rights issues, has garnered significant attention from the international community.

From September 20 to 23, 2026, transplantation professionals from around the world will convene in Sydney, Australia, for the 31st International Transplantation Society Conference (TTS 2026), where they will discuss the latest research and future developments in organ transplantation.

As global organ transplantation technology continues to evolve, the issue of organ sourcing in China remains a long-standing concern for the international community. In 2021, UN human rights experts reported receiving allegations regarding the live organ harvesting of detained Falun Gong practitioners, as well as organs from other religious groups and ethnic minorities in China, expressing their 'extreme shock' at these claims.

How does the CCP actually conduct live organ harvesting? What are the objectives and methods involved? How does the funding from this practice flow?

The Dajiyuan conducted an exclusive interview with Yuan Hongbing, a legal scholar with deep insights into the CCP's political landscape, asking him to share his observations on the issues of Chinese politics, human rights, and organ transplantation.

The Human Rights Issues Surrounding CCP Organ Transplantation

According to Yuan Hongbing, organ transplantation represents a significant advancement in medical science that should benefit humanity. However, under the current political system in China, organ transplantation has been turned into a tool for human rights abuses.

He believes that Jiang Zemin held extreme animosity towards Falun Gong practitioners during his leadership over the Chinese Communist Party's oppressive regime. As a result, the CCP's crackdown on Falun Gong after 1999 has amounted to a 'mass-scale genocidal persecution.' Jiang Zemin also asserted that Falun Gong practitioners should be 'physically eliminated and economically severed.'

He explained that within this political backdrop, and driven by the immense profits associated with organ transplantation, a 'crime that incites outrage among both humans and deities' has emerged in China, involving the live harvesting of organs from Falun Gong practitioners. This has evolved into a vast 'industrial chain' and has become a 'patent' under the control of the CCP authorities.

The revelation of the truth about organ harvesting by Falun Gong practitioners

Yuan Hongbing stated that Falun Gong practitioners were the first to unveil the CCP's horrifying crimes of live organ harvesting. Through more than twenty years of 'extraordinary efforts,' they have progressively illuminated this most severe human rights catastrophe of the 21st century for the international community.

He referenced information from sources indicating that live organ harvesting is managed by state institutions, specifically operating through three main systems: 'the hospital system affiliated with the Logistics Department of the CCP Military Commission; the prison and medical system under the Ministry of Justice of the CCP; and the detention centers, custody centers, and related medical systems under the Ministry of Public Security of the CCP.'

He noted that the recipients of the live organ harvesting services include officials at various levels of the CCP, their 'white gloves' who serve them, and entrepreneurs who have been bribed.

'Additionally, the CCP's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, United Front Work Department, and External Liaison Department engage with organ demanders in international politics, culture, and economics, further utilizing organ transplantation as a 'united front conspiracy' for global infiltration and expansion.'

He stated that beneath the iron curtain of the CCP's tyranny, everything is tightly concealed. 'Falun Gong practitioners have brought this evil to light.'

On the issues of organ trafficking and the flow of funds

When discussing the economic interests tied to organ transplantation, Yuan Hongbing noted that under the extreme development of Xi Jinping's personal dictatorship, other vulnerable groups currently imprisoned, such as Uyghurs, have also become victims in the organ harvesting industry, alongside Falun Gong practitioners.

The funds generated from this serve, on one hand, as financing for the CCP's 'stability maintenance' efforts, and on the other, as a significant source of secret military funding for the CCP. He mentioned that according to whistleblowers, the publicly disclosed military budget of the CCP has been rising annually, while the secret military expenditures amount to more than half of the publicly reported figures.

He emphasized that Xi Jinping is using these funds for the development of the CCP's air force and navy, as well as surface vessels. This is clearly a preparation for potential conflict in the Taiwan Strait.

'Not only is the CCP evil, but it is also hypocritical.'

The atrocity of the CCP's organ harvesting was exposed over twenty years ago, yet Western society appears hesitant to address this issue, and many still seem to be in disbelief. Is this due to a lack of evidence?

Yuan Hongbing remarked that using the lack of conclusive evidence as an excuse to avoid confronting the CCP's crimes against humanity effectively makes one an evil 'accomplice.'

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has escalated state terrorism to unprecedented levels, rendering it impossible for individuals to obtain 'evidence' in a legal context. Nevertheless, the multitude of clues that have surfaced, the cases of missing persons, the various facts disclosed by Falun Gong practitioners, and the professional investigative reports by international human rights advocates like David Matas (a Canadian lawyer) all corroborate the existence of the CCP's organ harvesting practices.

He noted that much of the information provided by conscientious individuals in mainland China has been shared at great personal risk. He believes that, given this context, the demand for the exposure of the CCP's crimes to be supported by conclusive and indisputable legal evidence is, in itself, an unreasonable expectation.

He further stated that the CCP is not only malevolent but also profoundly hypocritical. Through extensive domestic and international propaganda, it has crafted an image of itself as a 'peace angel.'

Referring to the death toll from the June Fourth Incident in 1989, Yuan Hongbing pointed out that the CCP has never revealed the actual number of fatalities. That night, he witnessed firsthand on Chang'an Street in Beijing how tanks rolled over the bodies of students, and the gunfire echoed throughout the night. 'What more evidence do you expect us to provide to demonstrate that the CCP's tyranny is an exceedingly evil regime?'

The crime of organ harvesting has now extended to the civilian population.

In China, numerous reports indicate that the targets of organ harvesting have shifted from Falun Gong practitioners to the general populace, with many students and young people reported missing.

Yuan Hongbing remarked, "The reason for this lies in the international community's policy of appeasement towards the tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which allows evil to occur and develop unchecked." He believes that the CCP not only engages in this behavior but also uses the profits from organ harvesting to bribe various organizations around the world, including those of the United Nations, human rights groups, and medical organizations.

He pointed out that certain UN organizations, such as the World Health Organization (WHO), have become complicit in covering up the crimes of the CCP's tyranny.

"The tyranny of the CCP poses the most severe threat to the freedom, peace, and democratic ideals of humanity today," he stated. "It is the root cause of the great calamity facing humanity in the 21st century."

"Dictators will face divine retribution."

On September 3, 2025, during a grand military parade, Xi Jinping engaged in a discussion with Putin regarding organ transplantation and the potential for humans to live up to 150 years. In Yuan Hongbing's perspective, this conversation exemplifies the mindset of a dictator. They wield the most malevolent power in the world and are also its vessels. Their desire is to live long enough to satisfy their insatiable greed for this power.

However, he asserts that dictators who violate natural law and human ethics, committing crimes against humanity through their power, will ultimately face "divine retribution."

He added, "There are still many individuals within the CCP system whose consciences remain intact; they are quietly documenting every crime committed by the CCP's tyranny."

How can we put an end to organ harvesting?

When asked how to put an end to the crime of organ harvesting, Yuan Hongbing stated, "I believe what we can do is to consistently expose the evil of the CCP's tyranny to the international community and various groups of people." He emphasized that the efforts of Falun Gong practitioners over the past twenty years—such as spreading the truth, disseminating the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party," and promoting the "Three Withdrawals" movement, which encourages individuals to withdraw from the CCP, its youth league, and its young pioneers—serve as a powerful example for the international community.

How can we save this world and awaken people's conscience? He asserted that there is only one way: "to continuously, deeply, and persistently expose the tyranny of the CCP."
