Wang Youqun: Is the CCP Planning to Send Assassins to the U.S. to Kill Cheng Peiming

On July 3, 2024, Cheng Peiming, a Falun Gong practitioner from Heilongjiang Province, appeared in Washington, D.C., to publicly share his experience of surviving and ultimately escaping from the CCP's atrocity of forced organ harvesting. [People News] Recently, Dajiyuan received internal CCP police information indicating that, in response to Cheng Peiming’s revelations about his organ harvesting experience in the U.S., the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department has devised three plans: the first is to find a way to bring him back to China; the second is to send someone to the U.S. to persuade him to withdraw his testimony; and the third is to assassinate him, making it appear as suicide.

An inside source stated, "The Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department is in charge of implementing this scheme, and preparations are already underway."

Cheng Peiming, a Falun Gong practitioner from Heilongjiang, is currently the only known survivor of the CCP’s forced organ harvesting.

On July 3, Cheng made his first public appearance at a press conference in Washington, D.C., recounting his miraculous escape from forced organ harvesting by the CCP. His story made headlines in many foreign media outlets, with over 70 English-language media outlets covering it, generating widespread international attention.

Cheng Peiming, 58, began practicing Falun Gong in 1998. In December 2001, he was sentenced to eight years in prison for telling people the truth about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. On April 1, 2002, he was taken to Harbin Prison in Heilongjiang Province, and on July 1, 2004, he was transferred to Daqing Prison.

On November 16, 2004, Cheng was taken from Daqing Prison to the Fourth Hospital of Daqing. Six police officers held him down while a doctor forcibly administered anesthesia, after which the doctor removed parts of his left liver and left lung. The surgery left a 35-centimeter scar on the left side of his body.

In 2006, Cheng was again taken to a hospital, facing another threat of forced organ removal. Around 2 a.m. on March 3, he escaped by taking advantage of a restroom break, slipping out through a fire escape.

In 2015, he fled China and arrived in Thailand, eventually reaching the United States in 2020 with the assistance of then-U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Robert A. Destro.

After arriving in the U.S., Cheng underwent nine different medical imaging exams, including three CT scans, three ultrasounds, two X-rays, and one MRI.

The results showed that sections 2 and 3 of his liver and half of his left lower lung were missing.

This diagnosis was supported by several well-known organ transplant experts, including Russell W. Strong, an honorary professor and pioneer in U.S. hepatobiliary and liver transplant surgery; cardiothoracic surgeon and transplant specialist David McGiffi; Wendy Rogers, distinguished professor and chair of the International Advisory Committee on Organ Transplant Abuse in China; and Dr. Ding Kaiting, a gastroenterologist from Taiwan.

Cheng currently resides in New York State. Since his public disclosure, he has encountered threats and harassment, such as being followed, finding nails repeatedly embedded in his car tires, and experiencing two sudden blowouts.

On November 2, between 4 and 6 a.m., unidentified intruders broke into his home while he was sleeping. They left clear evidence of the break-in, including a pried-open garage door, two doors left ajar, and deep tire tracks in his backyard.

To guard against further incidents, Cheng installed two surveillance systems in his home. He noticed that for three nights before the break-in, between 12:30 a.m. and 6 a.m., both surveillance systems malfunctioned, and his home internet was disabled.

On November 4, the Falun Dafa Information Center released a press statement exposing the CCP’s plot to silence Cheng, possibly through assassination, and urged the U.S. government to take immediate action to protect him and prevent an escalation of this cross-border repression.

I have three comments on the CCP's actions to silence Cheng Peiming through assassination:

First, it further exposes the extreme evil of the CCP.

The forced organ harvesting of Cheng Peiming by the CCP has been confirmed by internationally renowned transplant experts. This is not ordinary crime but a serious crime. Despite this grave crime being widely exposed internationally and well-known worldwide, the CCP is reportedly still planning to send assassins to the U.S. to silence him. The mere thought of this is extraordinarily evil; carrying out such an act would be an even greater crime of staggering depravity.

It once again highlights the CCP’s vile nature in doing whatever it takes to destroy Falun Gong practitioners’ belief in “Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.”

As Falun Gong founder Master Li Hongzhi has said in his teachings, “It is evil, it is poisonous, it is wicked. Just like poison itself, you can’t expect it not to harm people.”

This also serves as a warning to all Falun Gong practitioners worldwide to remain highly vigilant against the CCP’s bottomless evil, to be on guard, and to reveal the full extent of the CCP's rogue tactics and schemes, exposing them to the light of day so that evil has nowhere to hide.

Second, the CCP’s attempt to cover up its organ harvesting crimes will only backfire.

The CCP’s three measures against Cheng Peiming aim to conceal its large-scale forced organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.

Since March 2006, when the CCP’s crime of forced organ harvesting was first exposed in the U.S., it has resorted to every means of denial, deception, and pretense, attempting to cover up its mass organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners and deceive both the Chinese public and the world.

However, over the past 18 years, numerous experts, professors, doctors, lawyers, journalists, and international organizations, including the “World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong,” have conducted extensive independent investigations, gathering substantial evidence that proves not only the existence but also the severity and continuity of this crime.

As a survivor of the CCP’s forced organ harvesting, Cheng Peiming endured great hardships to escape to the U.S., further confirming the brutal reality of this crime. The CCP’s measures against him, in turn, expose its panic, weakness, and shamelessness after committing these atrocities. This will only further drive the international community to recognize the CCP’s true evil nature, prompting people worldwide to denounce it, and encouraging all righteous forces to work together to end the CCP’s atrocities.

Third, those who dare to act with such contempt for humanity will face the most severe retribution.

Sending assassins to the U.S. to silence Cheng would extend the CCP’s state terrorism to the U.S., infringing on American sovereignty and constituting a brazen international crime. The U.S. government and its people will never tolerate the CCP's agents acting unlawfully in the United States.

In recent years, the U.S. government has ramped up efforts to combat CCP transnational crimes, with several CCP agents already prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice—some have been convicted and even sentenced to heavy penalties. If CCP agents dare to commit murder in the U.S., they will not escape the reach of the law.

I believe that U.S. agencies such as the FBI are certainly prepared for these threats against Cheng Peiming, and anyone who dares to test the law will meet a grim fate.

Lastly, it must be noted that the principle of karmic retribution is universal.

All CCP officials involved in the cross-border persecution of Cheng Peiming who do not turn back and instead continue to aid and abet the CCP’s evil deeds will face the most severe karmic consequences. Their actions will not only bring misfortune upon themselves but also upon their spouses, children, and future generations.
