[People News Report] Since this summer, when the CCP increased efforts to catch spies and eliminate traitors, sparking a wave of public reporting and officials exposing each other, incidents of secretaries reporting on leaders, deputy presidents of courts reporting on disciplinary inspection officials, deputy directors of public security reporting on court presidents, police station chiefs reporting on public security bureau directors, and prosecutors reporting on judges have abounded. The phenomenon of officials protecting each other has turned into officials accusing each other, with fierce internal conflicts providing quite a “spectacle.”
The CCP’s officialdom now offers the public increasingly shocking “drama.” Recently, the former deputy mayor of Dunhuang City, Gansu, exposed a confidential scandal within the Gansu provincial government: Tang Renjian, the former governor of Gansu who fell from power on May 18 this year, was known for his promiscuity and had many girlfriends, particularly favoring married women in their forties and fifties. Two women known to this former deputy mayor were reportedly “intimate” with Tang, including an attractive woman from Shaanxi’s entertainment circle. Tang’s relationship with Zhao Jinyun, the former vice-governor who fell from power on October 25, was also said to be “unusual.” “Zhao Jinyun looks decent, was originally a member of the ‘Jiusan Society’ democratic party, and despite working in such a ‘clean’ government position, still managed to gather a lot (of money). In late 2022, she was even promoted to vice-governor of Gansu Province. If her husband hadn’t been cuckolded, how could she have risen to power and wealth so quickly? Gansu Province has become a den of debauchery.”
If Tang, the “governor,” and Zhao, the “vice-governor,” have already fallen, then this revelation may not strictly count as a report. However, the following report is a definite eye-watering complaint.
On October 20, on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), a “party member” appeared, reporting to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) against five high-ranking CCP officials, including former Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi, current Minister of the Organization Department Li Ganjie, current Governor of Zhejiang Province Wang Hao, and Secretary of the Zhejiang Commission for Discipline Inspection Fu Mingxian. The “party member” emphatically described them as a “criminal gang” that embezzles and abuses the people’s property and swore to risk his life to ensure that the CCDI investigates their crimes.
Several Vice-Ministerial Officials Reported
A 5-minute-36-second audio recording posted by a user named “Lin Shengliang 5.0 James Lin” on the social media platform reveals that the whistleblower identifies himself as Li Defei, a CCP member. The female CCDI hotline operator handling his call identified herself as agent 8009. Li Defei stated that on May 6, 2021, Wang Hao and others led the seizure of Shaanxi Qianri Shengda Company (totaling more than 6 billion yuan from 20,000 people), distributing the money among themselves, taking away the equipment, and continuing to profit. Four years later, their accumulated profits have exceeded 10 billion yuan.
Li Defei also reported current Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Zhao Feng, the former director of Yantai Public Security Bureau.
Li Defei explained that in 2017, Wang Hao was the Party Secretary of Yantai, with Zhao Feng as his subordinate. Wang later became the Party Secretary of Xi’an, and during the investigation of the Shengda Company, he bypassed local Xi’an or Shaanxi police, instead bringing in Zhao Feng and over 100 police officers from his hometown. Not only did they carry out extrajudicial enforcement across jurisdictions, they also illegally profited by removing the seized items, which is a violation of constitutional prohibitions against “reusing seized items for profit.”
Publicly available records show that Wang Hao served as Party Secretary of Yantai City, Shandong, from April to June 2017; as member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Party Secretary of Tangshan from December 2017 to August 2019; as member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Party Secretary of Xi’an from August 2019 to September 2021; and as Zhejiang Provincial Party Secretary, Governor, and Party Secretary of the provincial government in October 2024.
Additionally, Li Defei reported that current Politburo member, CCP Organization Department Minister, and former Shandong Provincial Secretary Li Ganjie led the robbery of Shenzhen Pani Gold Company on November 25, 2021, amounting to 72 billion yuan (involving 720,000 households) and nine tons of gold. Li stated that Sun Shutao, then-mayor of Jinan, who was later convicted, knew all about it, and he urged the CCDI to investigate through him.
Finally, Li Defei asked the CCDI operator, “Wouldn’t it be frightening if a butcher is put in charge of a province and controls national appointments?”
The CCDI agent told Li Defei he could mail his complaint as a written document to the Petition Office of the CCDI National Supervisory Commission.
According to public records, among those reported, Li Ganjie, 57, was elected to the CCP Central Committee’s Politburo and Secretariat at the 20th National Congress in October 2022, promoted to vice-ministerial level, and became a CCP party and state leader. Zhao Kezhi, on November 19, 2021, ceased serving as Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security’s Party Committee. On June 24, 2022, he stepped down as Minister of Public Security, succeeded by then-Executive Vice Minister Wang Xiaohong. The other individuals reported hold senior local positions.
The Whistleblower May Face Retaliation
Previously, we had only heard of officials below the vice-ministerial level being reported. Reporting above this level is rare. Analysts believe that the CCP typically limits such investigations to officials below the vice-ministerial level to keep officials “obedient.” Investigating vice-ministerial or above would be highly challenging for the CCDI, and Li Defei is likely to face retaliation.
In the CCP’s dark system, the chances of citizens winning against officials are nearly zero. Choosing to report online may indicate that the whistleblower has carefully prepared by distributing substantial evidence or is willing to risk everything; it may also mean he has no knowledge of the CCP’s evil and is unaware he might sacrifice himself in vain. As a party member, Li Defei is likely compelled by personal losses, cornered with no future prospects.
All of This Reflects the CCP’s Sins
Traditionally, party members and officials, even if they have conflicts, rarely tear each other apart, fearing it could damage the party’s image of unity and give outsiders the impression of internal chaos. In other words, officials typically unite in plundering the people’s interests, as unity among party members lies in mutual protection. Now, tearing each other apart, with officialdom becoming a “bloody, fatal vendetta” like the underworld, shows that no one believes in the facade of “greatness, glory, and correctness” anymore, and they are fed up, ready to tear down the mask.
Netizens have commented, “With the CCP’s corruption and disorder extending from oppressing and robbing the people to infiltrating its ranks, no one in society, from top to bottom, can escape. We may soon face sudden change.”
In reality, the deadly “vendetta” between party members stems from the brutal, godless ideology of the CCP, with its disregard for humanity and battle against natural principles. The Party engages neither in material production nor in promoting social values. Party secretaries and officials, idling all day, envy those who create wealth or gain public respect, so they focus on using political correctness to seize money and persecute others, regardless of the cost. Ultimately, it’s the result of the CCP’s brainwashing and corruption—a mix of a cult and a gang. Only by leaving the CCP, restoring people’s conscience and kindness, can society find peace, life become fair, and China have a future!
