Trump calls on Republicans to pass spending bill

WASHINGTON, April 22 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday urged fellow Republicans in Congress to band together and pass spending legislation as lawmakers prepared to move forward on funding aimed at ending a partial shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security.
