After the Fourth Plenary Session, Large Banners Appear in Beijing Denouncing the CCP as an Evil Cult

[People News] On October 25, immediately following the tightly controlled and heavily policed 20th Fourth Plenary Session of the CCP, someone hung two anti-CCP banners on a busy street in Beijing’s Sanlitun district. The banners directly condemned the CCP as an anti-human evil cult.

Netizens commented: “At such a politically sensitive time, right after the conclusion of the Fourth Plenary Session, someone dared to hang banners criticizing the regime in the streets of Beijing’s Sanlitun — this display of personal courage and yearning for freedom is deeply moving.”

Photos circulating on the overseas platform X (formerly Twitter) show that the two banners read:“The essence of the Communist Party is an anti-human, anti-nature evil cult that will bring endless disasters to China.”

“Lift the Party ban, allow free political association, free competition, and free choice — establish a new China founded on freedom, humanity, and the rule of law.”

The photos also show someone using a loudspeaker to speak to passersby, though the exact content is unclear.

According to Italian-based writer Li Ying’s X account, follow-up photos showed security personnel later confiscating the banners.

This is the latest in a series of public anti-CCP actions that have continued since Peng Lifa (the “Sitong Bridge protester”) hung banners denouncing the Party on Beijing’s Sitong Bridge in October 2022, before the CCP’s 20th National Congress.

The photos quickly spread overseas, sparking heated discussion among netizens:“After Sitong Bridge comes Sanlitun, and next will be Erxian Bridge — is this the countdown to collapse?”

“Though the land of China has long suffered under Communist tyranny, there have always been those who never lost courage or hope. Their unending heroic deeds inspire hundreds of millions to rise up against dictatorship and oppression!”

“This is over — there are so many balconies, even if one armed police guards two, they still can’t keep up.”

“After the ‘bridge guard,’ will there now be a ‘street guard’?”

“Be children of China — not slaves to foreign Marxist forces.”

A screenshot from X shows: “All the characteristics of a terrorist organization — the CCP fits them perfectly.”

“In fact, no one understands the traits of an evil cult better than the CCP itself. Looking in the mirror, it has drawn out every feature of a cult, stroke by stroke. In reality, it matches every single trait of a terrorist organization.”

“The Communist Party has forced the people into opposition…”

“A true warrior.”

“Salute to the brave!”
