[People News] The Beijing military parade has concluded. In a surprising turn of events, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin discussed the sensitive issue of organ transplantation, which was even broadcast live, leaving the world in shock.
1. Xi Jinping Appears Childlike in Front of Putin
During the military parade in Beijing on September 3, Xi Jinping and Putin unexpectedly broached the sensitive topic of organ transplantation. Xi Jinping first communicated through a translator, stating, "In the past, living to 70 was quite rare; nowadays, people say that 70 is still considered young." The translator for Putin conveyed his remarks, suggesting that if human organs could be transplanted repeatedly, "one could even become younger as they age," and that in the future, achieving "immortality" might be possible. Xi Jinping responded, saying, "Some predict that humans may live to 150 years in this century." The two shared a smile, and their tone seemed light-hearted, but observers speculate whether there is a deeper significance behind their words.
Reflecting on March 21 of this year, when Xi Jinping visited Russia for a tea gathering, the atmosphere was somewhat awkward. A teapot and snacks were placed in front of Putin, while Xi Jinping had only a teapot without any snacks. This gathering, reminiscent of a treacherous banquet, left Xi Jinping with only an awkward smile. Following this, Russian media reported that he appeared to show symptoms resembling the aftermath of a stroke during his visit to Moscow.
On September 2, Putin visited Beijing, and the two sat together again at the tea gathering, but the large table only accommodated the two of them drinking tea, creating a chilly atmosphere. Xi Jinping's expression was sombre, while Putin looked around, and the video indicated that he did not touch his teacup.
On September 3, during the meeting between Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong-un, Putin adopted a notably low-key demeanour but still intentionally brought up the topic of 'health' in front of Xi. As a seasoned veteran from the KGB, he chose to raise the issue of 'organ transplantation' just as the media was approaching. If Xi had opted to sidestep the topic, it might have been overlooked, but he unexpectedly continued the discussion.
On September 4, following extensive coverage by major overseas media, Putin confirmed at a press conference that the two had indeed discussed health issues. This was interpreted by observers as an attempt to firmly place Xi Jinping in a position of embarrassment.
Earlier, Xi Jinping had claimed that at 70, one is still a child, and in this strategic game, his response did indeed resemble that of a child.
Before Kim Jong-un departed, Xi Jinping was absent, leading commentators to speculate that his health might be failing. On the train platform, Putin warmly embraced Kim, while Xi sent a professional camera crew to capture Putin's impressive moments.
On September 6, the Chinese Communist Party demanded that Reuters remove the video titled 'Three Dictators Discuss Organ Transplantation,' but the video had already gone viral globally, with even the U.S. House of Representatives being aware of it. Netizens mocked that this action only served to confirm the rumours of organ transplantation, potentially exposing a lack of political acumen. This also indicated that in the event of a sudden public incident, it takes Xi Jinping three days to make a decision after receiving the information.
At the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit and the military parade, Putin took the lead, while it appeared that Xi Jinping spent 36 billion only to elevate Putin's status. If he is destined to be the 'eternal second,' it might be wiser to align with the United States, where he could at least gain tangible benefits.
2. Still holding the pipa, half concealing her face, Zhang Youxia.
The recent military parade was intended to be a moment for Xi Jinping to display the height of his power, and he should have been smiling. Instead, he was caught on camera looking displeased and showing contempt for the soldiers and officers. Journalists from major media outlets were warned by the Communist Party not to direct their cameras at Tiananmen. What exactly is the Communist Party trying to conceal?
Traditionally, military parades are a time for Communist Party officials to make a collective appearance. However, the camera at Tiananmen only captured half of Zhang Youxia's face, suggesting he was seated among retired senior officials. The generals who should have been on Zhang Youxia's left were not filmed at all.
3. In a separate development, the fate of Wang Lixia remains uncertain, and Zhao Leji has appeared looking significantly thinner.
Media figure Du Wen has disclosed that former Inner Mongolia Chairman Wang Lixia has been detained over corruption allegations and may face the death penalty. Wang was arrested on August 18, the same day Genghis Khan of the Yuan Dynasty died. Du Wen reported that this date was chosen by Xi Jinping after consulting a feng shui master, intending to use the blood of ethnic minority official Wang Lixia as a sacrifice to the party flag. This act symbolises Xi Jinping's resolve to dismantle the system of ethnic autonomy and to take drastic measures against his own kin.
In June, Du Wen had already reported that Wang Lixia was under investigation, prompting Zhao Leji to rush to Inner Mongolia in an attempt to rescue her. Du Wen also claimed that Zhao Leji had an affair with Wang Lixia, who was initially the director of the Statistics Bureau. During Zhao Leji's time as Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, he promoted her to Mayor of Tongchuan City. After Zhao Leji's promotion to Minister of the Organisation Department, Wang Lixia was elevated to Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, and subsequently rose rapidly to become the Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, effectively becoming a regional power broker.
Some analysts suggest that the failure of the nine generals under Zhao Leji indicates Xi Jinping's move to cut ties with him. The downfall of Wang Lixia involves not only her personal corruption and reporting scandals but also a highly complex power struggle at the top, the intensity of which is beyond imagination. As a result, Zhao Leji is inevitably implicated. In his recent appearance at the military parade, Zhao Leji appeared to have lost significant weight, likely due to immense internal pressure.
Du Wen remarked that Xi Jinping still wields considerable power, with six members of the Standing Committee eagerly flattering him. However, during the 'September 3 military parade,' Xi's performance was lacklustre, and his poor health left a strong impression, with some bloggers speculating that he has undergone a kidney transplant. When a dictator shows signs of health issues, those around him are bound to rush in.
Zhang Youxia only revealed part of his face, and the collective absence of various generals is quite unusual. Putin did not play along with his performance, and the China-Russia relationship is far from the unbreakable alliance that outsiders claim it to be.
This military parade not only heightened tensions between Xi Jinping and Trump but also revealed the superficial nature of his relationship with Putin. In contrast, Kim Jong-un gained domestic acclaim that surpassed that of his grandfather, Kim Il-sung, by attending the parade, reaching a new pinnacle of power.
Ultimately, Xi Jinping spent 36 billion, only to allow Putin to shine on the international stage and enable Kim Jong-un to achieve the peak of power, while he himself, due to the 'organ scandal,' found himself placed on the pillar of shame by Putin.
