Guangdong University Student Defies Xi Jinping s Stern Orders by Committing Campus Stabbing in Broad Daylight

As of October this year, at least 22 CCP officials in Guangdong Province have been dismissed, among whom 19 are under investigation, 2 have been sentenced, and 1 has been expelled from public office. Illustration. (Video screenshot)

[People News] On November 11, Zhuhai City in Guangdong Province witnessed a horrific car-ramming incident that left 35 dead and 43 injured. In response, Xi Jinping issued an "important directive," ordering local authorities to strengthen risk prevention at the source, resolve conflicts in a timely manner, and prevent extreme incidents. Zhuhai authorities launched a citywide investigation targeting "four withouts and five losses" individuals. However, before the ink on Xi's directive had dried, university students in Jiangsu and Guangdong launched brutal knife attacks on their peers, directly contradicting the "supreme instructions."

Following the November 16 attack at Wuxi Institute of Arts and Technology in Jiangsu Province, where a student stabbed classmates indiscriminately over grievances about unpaid internship wages and not receiving a diploma, killing 8 and injuring 17, another stabbing incident occurred on November 17 at Guangdong University of Technology.

Multiple screenshots circulating online show a bloody altercation involving students armed with knives and baseball bats. At the dormitory area of Guangdong University of Technology in Guangzhou, one student was seen lying on the ground with a knife wound to the back, a pool of blood beneath them. Bloodstains were visible in stairwells and corridors across the dormitory.

Video footage from the scene shows security guards and police breaking down a door to a room where the suspect had allegedly locked themselves. Students peered out of their dorm rooms as law enforcement forced entry and apprehended the suspect.

As of the evening of November 18, details about the case and the suspect’s motives remain unclear. Local media and authorities have yet to release any official information.

The recent incident is part of a troubling pattern of violent attacks over the past few months, including Shanghai: A man wielded a knife in a Walmart in Songjiang District, killing 3 and injuring 15. Guangzhou: A man attacked people near a primary school in Tianhe District, leaving at least 3 critically injured. Beijing: A man stabbed five people outside Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School in Haidian District.

In addition to knife attacks, deliberate car-ramming incidents have also continued to occur, including A deliberate ramming incident at the entrance of a middle school in Tai'an, Shandong Province, resulting in at least 11 deaths and 13 injuries; A student at Zhejiang Taizhou Vocational and Technical College drove into people on campus, injuring 19 people, of whom 3 died; At the entrance of the Third Experimental Primary School in Dezhou, Shandong Province, a man drove into and injured more than 10 children.

Among the numerous murder cases, what is particularly alarming is the increasing number of cases where civilians kill officials, such as farmers killing village secretaries, street vendors killing urban enforcement officers, and citizens killing police officers.

On June 3 of this year, Guo Jianyu, chairman of the Political Consultative Conference in Qinxian County, Shanxi Province, was killed in broad daylight in a residential area by An Mou, a resident of Dingchang Town in Qinxian County. It is rumored that the incident was related to grievances stemming from an unjust demolition years ago.

China has entered an era of mutual harm between civilians and between civilians and officials.

Shanghai entrepreneur Hu Li remarked, "The perpetrators of these heinous incidents often feel deeply wronged, many losing hope for their future. They resort to any means to retaliate against society."

Former Beijing lawyer and Chair of the Canadian Alliance of Democracy, Lai Jianping, stated:
"China has reached an extreme state, with unprecedented hostility erupting. For ordinary people, it’s a crisis of survival, society, human rights, and mental health. This all stems from the CCP's omnipresent, oppressive rule that deprives society of basic human rights and freedoms. With the economy declining, core social tensions are becoming more apparent, signaling a governance crisis for the CCP."

Analysts suggest that when people no longer fear the CCP’s authoritarian rule, feeling hopeless in life and fearless of death, the regime’s illegitimacy will become evident to all of China.

While the Chinese Foreign Ministry repeatedly claims that "China is the safest place in the world" and that this is "the best period for human rights," indiscriminate violent attacks continue to plague the country. Despite Xi Jinping’s orders for "severe punishment," no one knows where the next twisted, retaliatory act against society will occur.

One Chinese netizen lamented: "This is actually a demonstration effect of state power’s inherent violence on ordinary people. The fuse of the powder keg has already been lit."
